Sorry for the lack of posts and my overall laziness, I have been incredibly busy at the moment with my personal and work life and have hardly had time to sit down on the couch with my boyfriend for more than 5 minutes, let alone sit down and thoughtfully plan out a blog post.
I assure you this recent lack of dedication is only temporary, and once I get my black berry back and my digital camera fixed you can start to expect great things here.
Also the fact I'm broke at the moment, makes blogging about things I can hardly afford a little depressing... sigh. (Although having said that I should be getting a little more creative)
But with a new job starting next week things are looking up.
In response to everyones questions regarding the Rodarte dress. The size M fit me well (I'm a 8-10) but I actually found the shoulder bows were a bit too much for me, so I cut them off (they can be reattached so easily if I change my mind). The mustard is lovely, but I'm regretting not getting the pinky-nude colour.
Been a busy little bee the last few days, working my bum off and squeezing in a bit of shopping. Had a job interview where I EPICALLY FAILED @ LIFE today, so decided to cheer myself up with a new set of nails and a lunch out with my best friend.
Bought this on shoptoast and it arrived today! Very happy, thinking I'll team it with a white singlet, denim cut offs and a flat shoe or dress it up with a white slip, some gold jewellery and a pair of banging heels at night.
Also scooped up these babies at the Wittner 80% off sale:
Very Louis Vuitton inspired, I'm loving the green detail more than anything!
Also you'll be excited to know my Rodarte for Target dress arrived! Its gorgeous, I'm very happy and the medium was a great fit! Be expecting my very first outfit post soon! I'm very excited (read: nervous).
In love with these rings ♥
I am especially in love with this last one, it looks so fluid and natural, almost as if liquid metal has just been poured out onto your finger. It is so beautiful and stunning and I can imagine it would be extremely eyecatching and really add something different to a basic outfit. Unfortunately its little bit out of my price range at the moment (or maybe I'm just stingey?). But either way I'm just going to keep an eye open for a cheaper version. Still I think its love...
Also thankyou to everyone who has been leaving comments! It means so much that 5 posts in I am getting so much support, especially from the lovely girls at the vogue forums. So thankyou and I PROMISE I will be visiting every single one of your blogs and commenting asap. It would mean so much to me too if you could "follow" me, I have lots of plans for this blog now and outfit posts etc. coming very soon.
